Relinquishment Deed

A Relinquishment deed is a legal document or formal process of releasing a legal heir’s right in an inherited property for another legal heir. When a property is owned together by two or more people especially through inheritance, one the party may release ownership right over the property in favor of another with or without consideration. The legal document that is created by a release in favor of a release for the purpose of realizing the former’s share of the property to the latter.
