Udit Raj Criticizes Kejriwal and Credits the growth of support for Congress
Former Member of Parliament Dr. Udit Raj has been very vocal in his criticism of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of seeking Dalit votes without taking any meaningful action for their welfare. Dr. Raj mentioned that even though Kejriwal has promised the priests and granthis with a monthly salary, he forgot the religious leaders of Buddhism, the importance of which has been for innumerable Dalit voters. As per Dr. Raj, dissatisfaction is the cause of people now seeking leadership at the hands of Congress. He believes that the renewed focus of Congress on Dalit issues, particularly through this pilgrimage, would greatly change voter support in favor of the party in the next election.
